Stage 10 partnered with 360 Video to create JDM INSIDER, a documentary series exploring Japan’s drifting and tuning culture.
The series brought viewers into the scene through raw, unscripted footage, driver interviews and visits with people and companies across the industry. It showed the passion, personalities and sometimes dangerous reality of the underground street scene.
JDM INSIDER also helped lead to Toshi’s involvement in The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift.
For the people who discovered JDM tuning through the series, it remains part of that first connection to the culture. Authentic, unscripted and close to the people who lived it—that was the heart of JDM INSIDER.
